TTEC Community Partners in Kentucky is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Kentucky. You will answer customer inquiries, research issues, and help deliver exceptional service while following HIPAA privacy standards.

The role offers a base wage of $16 per hour with bonus opportunities and a benefits package. Strong internet and device capabilities are required, with emphasis on compassionate, human-centered support.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (> 25 Mbps).
• USB wired headset recommended; Bluetooth headsets may not be allowed.
• Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
