Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for remote work in North Carolina. You will help customers by sharing health plan information, answering questions, and guiding enrollment and account access.

Training is instructor-led with online sessions and interactive coaching to support growth. Base wage starts at $16 per hour with performance bonus opportunities and a benefits package based on position.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (> 15 Mbps).
• USB wired headset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers and upgrades related to health plans.
• Research and outbound calls to address eligibility questions and enrollment status.
• Assist members with online health account access and navigation.
