Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely to assist members with health benefits, enrollment questions, and account access. You will use product knowledge to provide guidance and upsell eligible upgrades while maintaining compassionate service and HIPAA privacy.

In this role, you will log in to member portals, research questions, and respond to inquiries by phone or chat. A supportive team and benefits package accompany this remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• High-speed internet (> 15 Mbps).
• USB headset recommended; Bluetooth headsets not allowed.
• Smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with health plan upgrades and product knowledge.
• Research and conduct outbound calls to answer general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status.
• Assist members with logging into and using their online health account and locating doctor/facility information.
• Provide compassionate, timely resolutions to customer issues to improve overall experience.
