Sagility is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team. You will handle incoming calls promptly, research inquiries, document details, and communicate empathetically to meet daily quality and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in a call center, a high school diploma, reliable attendance, and a private home workspace with hardwired internet. Paid training begins at start, with benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Secure, private work area at home.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing at least 25 WPM.
• Hardwired internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
