Sagility is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our healthcare call center from home. You will handle calls, research inquiries, and document details while upholding high quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a call center, a high school diploma, reliable home internet, and a proactive, empathetic communication style. Paid training and comprehensive benefits follow onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing at least 25 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Secure, private work area at home.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
