Job summary

Sagility is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives for its healthcare call center. You will handle incoming calls, research inquiries, document interactions, and communicate with empathy to achieve quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in a call center, 18+ years old, a HS diploma, and reliable attendance. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required. Benefits and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing at least 25 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Secure, private work area at home.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
