Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist based in Tennessee, serving as a primary contact for clients and handling inbound/outbound communications to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role supports customers across multiple channels by providing timely assistance, de-escalating issues, and guiding customers through available benefits and billing processes, while working from home with a requirement to reside in TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Upsell if required.
