Job summary

Lever, Inc. is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to support patients with compassionate, reliable service across multiple channels.

You will handle inbound calls and assist with refilling medications, checking referrals, sending messages to doctors, and confirming appointments. This remote role is open to residents in AL and other states; typical shift is 11:00am–7:30pm CST, Monday–Friday, with paid training and full-time status.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
• 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required.
• Previous remote work from home experience a plus
• Must be 18years of age
• A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Assist customers with refilling their medication, checking on referrals, sending messages to their doctors and/or confirming their appointment
• Submit the form to show documentation of the call
• Multitask using several screens and programs during patient/customer interactions
• Be able to type and talk at the same time to document the call
• Access resources provided to accurately handle the call
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
• Remain empathetic to patient needs
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at scheduled times
• Keep interactions positive and professional
• Cross-train as requested
