Lever, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support patients via inbound calls and limited outbound outreach. You will assist with refilling medications, checking referrals, messaging doctors, and confirming appointments from a home office.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and punctuality while handling multiple screens and systems to document calls and respond to patients promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or support experience.
• 1 year of call center or office background experience.
• Remote work from home experience a plus.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be 18years of age.
• A background check applicable with state and federal laws will berequired

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Assist customers with refilling their medication, checking on referrals, sending messages to their doctors and/or confirming their appointment.
• Submit the form to show documentation of the call.
• Multitaskusing several screens and programs during patient/customer interactions
• One must be able to type and talk at the same time in order to document the call.
• Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call
• Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
• Must be able to be empathetic to the patient and their needs.
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
• Flexibility to cross train as requested
