Qualifications

1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
1 year of call center or office background experience.
Remote work from home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
Assist customers with refilling medications, checking referrals, sending messages to doctors and confirming appointments.
Submit the form to show documentation of the call.
Multitask using several screens and programs during patient interactions.
Type and talk simultaneously to document the call.
Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls.
Cross-train as requested and maintain punctuality and professionalism.
