Everise is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from members regarding healthcare benefits. You will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to assist customers while navigating multiple systems and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Dedicated area to work from in your home.
Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload (Wireless not permitted).
Demonstrated passion for excellence in caring for customers, especially seniors.
Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services.
Schedule flexibility including weekends, evenings, holidays and possible overtime.
Meet attendance and dependability requirements.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
Gather customer information, assess needs, and educate customers on products and services.
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Resolve issues via one-call resolution or escalation when needed.
Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the client and company.
Document customer information and call dispositions as required.
