Everise is seeking a dedicated agent to provide exceptional inbound customer service for healthcare benefit inquiries. You will gather information, educate customers about products and services, and work across multiple systems to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a dependable home workspace, and the ability to handle weekend and holiday shifts while maintaining strong attendance and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Healthcare background experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with medical terminology.
• Dedicated area to work, free from distractions and background noises.
• Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence concerning treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens.
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements.
• Be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
• Must be flexible to work weekends & holidays.
