Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Dedicated home workspace required.
• Internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating customers, especially seniors.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain products/services clearly.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends/evenings/holidays, with possible overtime.
• High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reliability and attendance dependability; team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, and educate on products/services.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill requests.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
• Resolve issues via one-call resolution guidelines or escalation.
• Balance policy with client benefits in decision making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to help clients and customers.
• Document customer interactions and call dispositions as required.
• Adapt to changes within the business environment.
