Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: medical/healthcare experience.
• 1 year experience in customer service or related roles (healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge).
• 1 year experience with MS Office, email, and information systems/databases.

Responsabilités

• Receive inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or web portal and respond with accurate, timely information.
• Support one or more service delivery teams as part of a team.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote continuous improvement in business processes and services.
• Adhere to regulations to ensure privacy and safety of information.
