Job summary

United Concordia Dental is hiring an Associate Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time role supporting members, groups, providers and brokers. You will answer inquiries by phone or email and resolve issues in a timely, accurate manner.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service experience; prior call-center or healthcare experience is preferred. Salary ranges from $19.39 to $24.19 per hour, with EST hours 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
6 months of Customer Service in a customer facing role.
Call-center experience preferred.
Healthcare call-center experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically, or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow up and resolution.
Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards.
Attend required training classes.
Elevate issues to next level of supervision, as appropriate.
Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records.
