Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by phone, email or in person in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed or forward to the appropriate area for follow up.
• Meet production, quality and adherence standards and attend required training.
• Elevate issues to the next level of supervision when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
