Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative in a call-center environment to assist members, providers, and brokers by phone or email, resolving inquiries and complaints with timely, quality service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing setting, with a Monday–Friday shift 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Base pay ranges per hour as posted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of Customer Service in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically, or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow up and resolution.
• Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards.
• Elevate issues to next level of supervision, as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
