Everise is seeking a customer service representative to answer inbound calls regarding members' healthcare benefits from a home-based setting. You will apply patience, empathy, and product knowledge to resolve questions and guide members through solutions.

The role emphasizes accurate information gathering, adherence to call quality metrics, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a distraction-free home office environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Healthcare background is a plus, comfortable with medical terminology.
• Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
• Internet speed: 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (no wireless).
• Driven by excellence in customer service and senior care.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays, overtime.
