Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High speed internet (>15 Mbps).
• USB wired headset recommended if possible.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with health plan information, enrollments, and benefit questions.
• Conduct research and outbound calls to provide information and resolve issues.
• Help members access and use their online health accounts and locate doctors/facilities.
