Job summary

American Health Staffing Group (AHSG) is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to independently manage healthcare staffing compliance across multiple clients, ensuring licenses, background checks, and health records are complete and audit-ready.

You will own workflows from initiation to onboarding, monitor deadlines, escalate risks, and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and client contacts to deliver accurate, timely compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage compliance processes for healthcare professionals across multiple clients.
• Own compliance files from initiation through completion, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Review, verify, and maintain licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
