The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for independently managing compliance processes to ensure all healthcare professionals meet regulatory, accreditation, and client-specific requirements. This role owns the execution of compliance workflows, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and adherence to all applicable standards. Operating within the Compliance function, this role works directly with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to manage compliance requirements from initiation through completion. The Compliance Coordinator is accountable for file readiness, compliance accuracy, and timely onboarding while continuing to develop expertise across systems, regulations, and client expectations.
This position is open for fully remote team members.
Compensation: The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
