Job summary

Trio Workforce Solutions, part of the AHSG family, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to independently manage healthcare staffing compliance for multiple clients. You will handle licenses, background checks, and health records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.

This remote role requires strong organizational skills and effective stakeholder communication. You will drive workflows, track expirations, and coordinate with vendors to achieve timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 3–5 years of healthcare staffing compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with VMS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage compliance processes across multiple clients.
• Own files from initiation to completion ensuring all requirements are met.
• Review and maintain licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
• Ensure files meet regulatory, accreditation and client standards.
• Manage workflows, deadlines, and deliverables; monitor expirations and pending items.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support internal/external audits.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory requirements and client expectations.
