Job summary

America’s Home Health Services is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee and maintain the agency’s day-to-day regulatory compliance and audit-readiness program. The role requires monitoring employee, DCW, DSP, client, branch, licensing, training, EVV, and operational compliance to guarantee complete documentation at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pennsylvania home care.
• Experience with Pennsylvania Medicaid waiver programs.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience with OLTL.
• Experience with ODP.
• Experience with Department of Health surveys.

Responsibilities

• Maintain audit readiness 100% and ensure documentation is complete and accessible.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and identify missing or inconsistent documentation.
• Establish corrective actions and deadlines; follow up until closed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management with documentation of actions.
• Prepare for Pennsylvania Health Department, DHS/OLTL/ODP, Medicaid, EVV, and other audits.
• Maintain organized electronic and/or physical compliance records.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists, calendars, and tools.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting the agency.
• Oversee DCW/DSP and employee compliance approvals.
• Manage client/patient compliance approvals before services begin.
• Monitor TB and health screening compliance.
• Maintain master licensing, branch compliance files, and EVV reports.
• Provide compliance training and assist with audit response.
• Produce internal compliance reports for leadership.
