Job summary

America’s Home Health Services is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee the agency’s regulatory compliance and audit-readiness program. The role emphasizes maintaining 100% audit readiness across employee files, client files, branch licenses, and required documentation.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Clinical, Scheduling, Payroll, Billing, and leadership to identify issues before they become deficiencies, and to ensure timely remediation and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining audit-ready documentation across employee, client, branch, and licensing files.
• Ability to monitor EVV, Medicaid, and payer compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% audit readiness for all records.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Clinical, Scheduling, Payroll, Billing and leadership to fix deficiencies.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists, calendars, and audit tools.
