Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% audit readiness and up-to-date compliance documentation.
• Conduct routine internal compliance audits and track corrective actions.
• Oversee employee and client documentation verification and approvals.
• Maintain licensing calendars and regulatory calendars for multiple programs.
• Prepare records for state and payer audits and respond to requests.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists and training materials.
