Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced account manager to own a portfolio of healthcare technology clients, guiding renewal, expansion, and adoption across the network. You will collaborate with sales, implementation, operations, and product teams to ensure client success and retention.

This fully remote role supports work across the United States and includes equity opportunities, a 401(k) match, generous PTO, comprehensive healthcare, disability and life insurance, plus a monthly remote stipend.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in account management, client success, partner management, or network operations in healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management of the laboratory network, monitoring account health, usage, renewal timelines, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact and escalation lead for laboratory clients, lab partners, and channel partners.
• Lead business reviews, develop account strategy, and address risks and opportunities.
• Own renewals and retention throughout the lifecycle, including pricing and contract structures.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and develop expansion plans.
• Drive product adoption and coordinate onboarding with implementation teams.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and monitoring systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements across Sales, Implementation, Operations, and Finance.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Communicate client feedback to Product and leadership for strategy.
