Genesis PHCM is seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Specialist to expand its presence in communities it serves. This remote, freelance role involves building processes, coordinating outreach, and developing partnerships across hospitals, labs, and community organizations.

You will report to the Fractional VP of Operations and help establish systems for managing partnership opportunities and follow-ups. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in partnership development, lead generation, or related fields,

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership development, lead generation, community outreach or related field.
• Experience building relationships with hospitals, labs, healthcare providers, or community orgs.

Responsabilités

• Research and develop relationships with hospitals, providers, labs, community organizations, and referral partners.
• Coordinate participation in healthcare fairs, community events, and outreach opportunities from planning through follow-up.
• Conduct outreach and coordinate partnership discussions with prospective and existing partners.
• Maintain organized records of contacts, outreach activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and progress using a CRM.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen community visibility, patient access, and referral growth.
