Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is expanding and offering a remote or Marshfield, WI-based role in our August training class. You will handle patient, attorney, and insurer inquiries to resolve billing concerns and facilitate payments, operating with minimal guidance to meet KPIs.

The ideal candidate has healthcare CS and medical billing experience, familiarity with Artiva, Cerner Soarian, or EPIC, and strong communication skills to support clients while complying with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Prior call center experience preferred in healthcare CS.
• Familiarity with Artiva, Cerner Soarian; EPIC is a plus.
• Working knowledge of medical billing and coding preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or health insurance environment helpful.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and written inquiries to resolve billing/insurance questions.
• Provide payment options and facilitate payment processing.
• Resolve complex billing issues with accuracy and empathy.
• Explain deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, denials, and resubmissions.
• Document interactions and maintain HIPAA-compliant notes in client systems.
