Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of healthcare business development or related leadership experience.
• Proven success closing enterprise or strategic healthcare accounts.
• Extensive network among healthcare founders, executives, operators, or talent leaders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand Pearl Talent's healthcare client base and close strategic deals.
• Leverage network to win warm introductions and partnerships.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to shape go-to-market in healthcare.
