Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Application Analyst to lead designs, configurations, upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms. You will be the primary contact for end users, identifying and resolving issues while supporting system changes and performance enhancements.

You will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, build and test changes, and document new processes in collaboration with leadership, business teams and vendor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 3+ years in application analysis or project delivery.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, upgrade low complexity applications per approved processes.
• Estimate impact of changes and test system modifications.
• Create and maintain system documentation; participate in reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendor staff to meet business needs.
• Provide end-user support and training; troubleshoot issues promptly.
