Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Application Analyst to lead business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. You will serve as the primary support contact for end-users, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with vendor staff to align business needs with system changes.

You will perform impact analyses, build and test changes, develop new processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation while supporting trainings and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, upgrade, and improve low complexity applications using established processes.
• Estimate and assess impact of requested changes to the assigned system or platform.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Develop new processes and procedures in partnership with leadership and business teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide end-user production support and assist with training.
