Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, upgrade, and improve for low complexity applications.
• Estimate impact of changes to assigned systems.
• Guide workflow design and test system changes; analyze issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in reviews.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with delivery of changes.
• Provide end-user production support and update status on issues.
