Certification in Epic software within 8 weeks of hire, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Lead estimation of enhancement or support requests.
Configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with delivery.
Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams.
