Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is seeking an Application Analyst to design, configure, upgrade and improve business systems across assigned platforms. You will be the primary end-user contact and work to resolve issues affecting the application and related teams.

Responsibilities include documenting changes, testing, liaising with stakeholders and vendor staff, building processes, training users, and ensuring smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, upgrade, and improve business systems for low complexity applications.
• Estimate impact of changes and test system modifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in trainings.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendor staff to ensure alignment of needs.
• Provide end-user production support and issue resolution.
• Travel between local Abbott locations (5%+).
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing business needs.
