Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to lead design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. You will be the primary end-user contact, analyze issues, and mentor junior analysts on the team.

You will drive workflow improvements, coordinate with stakeholders and vendor staff, provide training, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely, high‑quality system changes in a global healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience per minimum.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Possession of or ability to obtain Epic software application certification within 8 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests and guide workflow design.
• Configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with delivery of changes.
• Provide end-user support and training; troubleshoot problems and questions.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement across the IT team.
