Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications across their lifecycle, including EHR, scheduling, billing, and PACS. The role handles technical support, configuration, and ongoing optimization for healthcare systems and may pursue Epic certification.

This position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule; candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years of related experience. Epic certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, healthcare, business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a related healthcare IT role preferred.
• Will certify on Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications across their lifecycle.
• Gathers, analyzes, and documents requirements to design and implement solutions.
• Configures and tests systems, implements workflows, and ensures solution integrity.
• Coordinates with vendors for third-party applications and integrations.
• Manages small to mid-size projects and performs PM functions.
