Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Staff Analyst to provide technical support, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance for healthcare applications across multiple systems, including Epic.

This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to work with vendors and stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/healthcare/business, or have 2 years of related experience, with Epic certification(s) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience in a related area; active pursuit of a bachelor's degree with four years' experience may be considered.
• Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Gathers, validates, and translates requirements into design and development specifications.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and applications.
• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs.
• Partner with external vendors to support third-party applications including integration and troubleshooting.
• Performs project management functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Develops training and knowledge materials for end-users and peers.
• Participates in on-call and command center responsibilities, if applicable.
