Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications in a fully remote role. The position involves planning, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing healthcare software across multiple systems, with Epic certification preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
Two (2) years of work experience, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years' related experience.
Certification on one or more Epic applications may be required.

Responsibilities

Provides support to Stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
Gathers, validates, and translates requirements into design and development specifications.
Configures, tests, installs, and maintains common and complex systems (applications, workflows, hardware).
Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical designs to support business needs.
Partners with external vendors to support third-party applications and integrations.
Develops business reporting needs for end users.
Participates in on-call and command center responsibilities when applicable.
