Responsibilities

Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle.
Lead small to mid-size projects and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Create and maintain training materials and perform documentation updates.
Analyze requirements, translate to design specs, and support system integration and reporting.
Participate in on-call or command center duties as applicable.
