Job summary

The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule, requiring Epic certification and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors. Two years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Support IT applications across planning, design, implementation, and optimization.
• Must obtain Epic certification and maintain it.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of experience or progress toward a degree with four years in related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications lifecycle.
• Manage small projects related to applications and vendors.
• Document changes and support training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet business requirements.
• Participate in on-call or command center duties if applicable.
• Develop business reporting needs for end users.
• Ensure changes follow standards and service levels.
