• Epic certification is required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications.
• Analyze and translate requirements into design and development specifications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for third-party applications integration and support.
• Develop testing plans and training materials for end users and peers.
