Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Staff Analyst to support, configure, implement, maintain, and optimize healthcare applications across their lifecycle, including EHR, scheduling, billing, PACS, and related systems.

The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule. Candidates should have Epic certification, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least two years of related experience. Salary ranges from $32.42 to $51.08 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word.
• In-depth business and application knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and process documents.
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine effective resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications across their lifecycle.
• Manage small projects related to applications and technologies.
• Maintain necessary certifications (e.g., Epic).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and peers to implement solutions.
• Develop training and knowledge-based materials for end users and staff.
• Document workflows and design changes to support business requirements.
