• 3+ years of experience with medical claims/enrollment data in a large data warehouse environment.
• 3+ years of experience aligning data into a common structure to create analytic models.
• 3+ years of translating complex analytic results into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in Snowflake or Databricks environments.
• 1+ years using AI-enabled or automation tools to improve analytic efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics service delivery within Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial domains with clients to define KPIs.
• Advance data analytic techniques, including AI-enabled solutions for governance and management.
• Deliver business insights via reporting and AI-related solutions for operational results.
• Design and implement analytic models to predict emerging trends.
• Develop AI/automation-enabled solutions for actionable client insights.
• Translate complex data concepts for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze data trends across large datasets.
• Embed AI tools in workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support development of reporting, dashboarding, and data management processes.
