Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, statistics, and analytics with quantitative problem solving.
• 5+ years building and deploying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or ML solutions in a consulting or business setting.
• 3+ years designing, building, or deploying AI-enabled solutions.
• 3+ years deploying AI on Databricks/Snowflake in Azure.
• 3+ years handling large data warehouses and deriving actionable insights.
• 3+ years aligning data into model-ready structures for scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI champion and lead AI adoption roadmap for Advisory practice.
• Lead AI integration across analytics service delivery and healthcare domains.
• Drive AI development from concept to deployment, including governance and performance monitoring.
• Lead Responsible AI reviews and governance approvals for production deployment.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and create innovative client solutions.
