Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, statistics, analytics or related quantitative healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering Data Analytics/BI, data visualization, and reporting solutions using Python, SQL, or R.
• 3+ years of experience leveraging healthcare data models across multiple data types (member, claim, provider).
• 3+ years of experience working with medical claims and enrollment data in a large data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics service delivery within Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial domains.
• Drive adoption of best practices for data analytic techniques, including AI-enabled solutions for governance and data management.
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations for clients.
• Design and implement analytic models to predict emerging trends.
• Develop AI-enabled or automation-enabled approaches to deliver insights faster.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze broad data sets and define strategy for trends.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with AI/Predictive Analytics teams to embed AI into reporting and dashboards.
• Lead a team of analysts and developers in transforming data models and delivering customer reporting.
