Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics/predictive modeling in a consulting or business environment.
• 3+ years designing, building, or deploying AI-enabled solutions.
• 3+ years deploying AI on Databricks/Snowflake on Azure.
• 3+ years working with large data warehouses and identifying trends.
• 3+ years creating model-ready data and scalable reporting assets.
• 3+ years developing, evaluating, and monitoring predictive analytic models.
• 2+ years with responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.
• 2+ years Snowflake, Databricks, Azure experience.
• 5+ years translating analytic results to meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI innovation within Advisory practice and define an adoption roadmap.
• Integrate AI across analytics delivery for healthcare payment and value-based care.
• Lead AI development from concept to deployment with governance alignment.
• Oversee Responsible AI reviews and governance approvals for production.
• Identify emerging AI tech and healthcare market trends for client solutions.
• Prototype generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and ML.
• Design and implement predictive analytic models across healthcare populations.
• Collaborate with clinical, actuarial, health economics, and tech experts.
• Translate AI capabilities into scalable analytics products and client solutions.
• Deliver business insights via AI-enabled analytics and dashboards.
• Explain complex outputs to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Upskill the team in AI and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
• Promote best practices for data techniques, governance, and maintenance.
