Optum Insight is seeking a Manager of Analytics Services to lead the integration of AI into advisory practices, driving predictive analytics, automation, and scalable AI-enabled solutions across healthcare value-based programs.

The role requires expertise in AI/ML, data governance, and collaboration with clinical, actuarial, and technology teams to deliver client-ready analytics and dashboards. Remote-friendly in the US with in-office requirements in certain areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, statistics, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or machine learning solutions.
• 3+ years designing or deploying AI-enabled solutions.
• 3+ years deploying AI on Databricks/Snowflake on Azure cloud at enterprise scale.
• 3+ years working with large data warehouses and generating actionable insights.
• 3+ years aligning data into common structures for analytic models.
• 3+ years developing, evaluating, and monitoring predictive analytic models.
• 3+ years supporting AI solution development including governance and adoption.
• 2+ years with responsible AI, AI governance, or model risk management.
• 2+ years with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure or similar cloud AI/ML environments.
• 5+ years translating complex analytic results for technical and executive audiences.
• 3+ years delivering BI/analytics/AI capabilities to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI champion and innovation lead for the Advisory practice and define an AI roadmap.
• Lead AI integration across analytics service delivery for healthcare payment and value-based care.
• Lead AI development from concept to deployment with governance and adoption.
• Oversee Responsible AI reviews and governance approvals for production deployment.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and healthcare market trends for client solutions.
• Prototype applications of generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation within healthcare programs.
• Design and implement predictive analytic models for trends, risk, and interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical, actuarial, health economics, and tech teams on AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate AI capabilities into scalable analytics products and client-facing solutions.
• Deliver insights through dashboards, models, and presentations for decision-makers.
• Translate model outputs into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Upskill the Advisory team in AI fluency and best practices.
• Advance adoption of AI governance, documentation, and model maintenance.
