Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years delivering BI, data visualization, and reporting using Python/SQL/R.
• 3+ years using healthcare data models across member, claim, provider.
• 3+ years analyzing large medical claims/enrollment data in a data warehouse.
• 3+ years translating analytic results for external stakeholders.
• 3+ years in Snowflake or Databricks.
• 1+ years using AI-enabled or automation tools to improve analytic efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics service delivery within Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial domains by working with clients to understand metrics and data models.
• Advance best practices for data analytics techniques, including AI-enabled solutions for governance and data management.
• Deliver business insights via reporting and AI-related solutions for operational results.
• Design and implement data analytic models to predict emerging trends.
• Develop innovative AI/automation-enabled solutions for actionable client insights.
• Translate complex data concepts into audience-friendly models for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to map data trends and analytics strategy across datasets.
