• 3+ years deploying AI on Databricks/Snowflake in Azure cloud at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI champion and lead AI adoption roadmap for the Advisory practice.
• Lead AI integration across analytics service delivery and identify opportunities in healthcare payment and value-based care.
• Oversee AI development from concept to deployment, including governance and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate Responsible AI reviews and governance approvals prior to production deployment.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and create innovative client solutions and reusable analytic assets.
• Prototype applications of generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and predictive analytics.
• Design and implement predictive analytic models for trends, risk patterns, and actionable interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical, actuarial, health economics, and technology experts to address healthcare challenges.
• Translate AI capabilities into scalable analytics products and client-facing solutions.
• Deliver business insights through AI-enabled analytics, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
