Job summary

US Health Partners, LLC is seeking practitioner-educators for fully remote, live online teaching. Courses run 11-week quarters and meet synchronously 6–10 PM EST. Instructors lead live sessions, supervise real-world projects, and engage students in applied discussion.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a healthcare-related field with 2+ years of higher ed teaching and 3+ years in healthcare. Proficiency with LMS, video conferencing, and AI tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business with healthcare focus, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education (online or in-person).
• Minimum 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in hospitals, health systems, ambulatory care, payer organizations, or medical practice operations.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
• Ability to incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online classes between 6 and 10 PM EST.
• Deliver structured, high-engagement instruction in an 11-week quarter.
• Lead case-based discussions and applied exercises.
• Grade and provide substantive, timely feedback.
• Support capstone and applied project supervision.
• Integrate digital tools and AI appropriately into coursework.
• Maintain strong academic standards and uphold integrity.
• Collaborate with program leadership as the program evolves.
